Vibrant Forest Brewery PUPA (4.5%)

This is a juicy pale ale, which is fortunate as the can tells us exactly that and it’s nice to not be misinformed.
PUPA is a pale peachy gold beer that smells of freshly chopped fruit salad, juicy and bright and inviting.
And that bright juiciness carries into the flavour, greeting you with a big blast of lemon sherbet, mango and lime, orange marmalade and steely green herbal leaves from the hops while the malting provides a soft brown sugar and wafer backbone.
Very nice indeed.
