Brewed using oysters supplied by The Oyster Men, this is a super Stout.
It pours thick and black with a little creamy head and smells of dark chocolate with a hint of seaside ozone.
Taking a swig you’re met by a great big creamy chocolate, biscuit and toffee kiss, some black coffee and a touch of cinnamon, while the hopping brings a smack of brittle woodland undergrowth, pithy and bitter, it cuts across the creamy saltiness that the oysters bring to the finish of this very satisfying beer.
