Stone Brewing Fellow-Sip IPA (7%)

For a whole bunch of really boring family reasons I haven’t been able to do much beer-wise this year, including not being able to attend IMBC18.
Hearing this, Stone kindly sent me a can of the beer they’d made especially for the event.
Fellow-Sip IPA has been brewed as a collaboration with North Brewing, Buxton Brewery, Magic Rock and the IMBC team.
Using the best ingredients from each brewers signature IPA, it does everything you can imagine and does it well.
There’s a mango and pineapple aroma that draws you down into the caramel coated shortbread, pancake and toffee of the malting and then a big hit of lemon sherbet, lime zest, marmalade and green nettle tea from the hops.
Fellow-Sip IPA is very good, and it’ll take away some of the ache of not getting to IMBC this year.
