Brewed in collaboration with Brew York, this is an absolutely brilliant IPA heaving under the weight of its hops.
Nelson Sauvin, Enigma, Galaxy and Citra work as a team to wrestle you to the ground and pummel you with the fresh zestiness of limes and lemons, sharp kiwi, pithy dry green grape skins, gooseberries, metallic herbal greenery and a sticky resinous redwood heart.
It’s big, it’s bright and it’s bold.
Dry as a bone and smelling like a white rum soused fruit salad, this is a hop head’s joy of a beer that’s fortunately balanced by brown sugar syrup, toffee and Victoria sponge from the malting.
Lovely stuff.
