Borough Market Earl Grey Saison (5.2%)

Brewed for Borough Market by Beak and Partizan, this lovely soft little Saison is brewed using hops grown in the Borough marketplace and loose leaf Earl Grey tea supplied by Organic Life.
It’s a fresh beer, a refreshingly zingy beer, and it all begins with an aroma full of sherbet lemons and orange marmalade.
There’s a soft and subtle, chewy and supple caramel wafer, honey and oat biscuit malt body and the low rumble of earthy spicy Saison yeast before the hops give you zesty lemons and steely herbal leaves, and the Earl Grey tea backs everything up with a lightly smoked perfume in the finish.
Lovely.
