LOKA POLLY Amarillo Mosaic IPA (6%)

Yet another fabulous LOKA POLLY IPA that’s packed with crisp fresh tropical fruit, with lemon rind and pineapple popping up in the aroma and following through into the flavour, where pineapple juice creates a big bold line through the centre of the beer, around which everything else seems to rotate.
There’s a light and chewy waffle and caramel, honey and doughnut malting, but it’s that pineapple along with resinous rolling tobacco, lemon curd, lime zest and orange marmalade that make this so very good.
