This hazy Pale Ale is a thing of loveliness.
Pouring a cloudy gold, it smells of tinned peaches and a lick of honey.
And that honey lies in waiting at the back of the beer when you take a mouthful.
There’s a caramel and shortcake biscuit malt and lots of fresh and pithy stinging nettle and garden herb bitterness from the hops, and underneath it all the malts add an extra layer of earthy sweet lightly salted heather honey that brings a warmth to the long bitter finish of this super little pale ale.
