I like this a lot.
The warm comforting earthy spice hit of Saison yeast bubbles away under the beer, making it round and satisfying from beginning to end.
Over this you find apricots and peaches, lemon zest, steely basil leaves and autumnal leaf litter from the hops along with a sticky sweet honeycomb, toffee and brown bread malt body.
This is an easy to drink beer, refreshing and light, is really like to try it with a much bigger hit of alcohol that might amplify all this good stuff and make it something else again.
