71 Brewing High Water (4.6%)

High Water is 71’s Helles Lager, and it’s very good indeed.
From its peachy gold body to its soft creamy head, its salty sweet honeysuckle aroma wafting up at you as you take a swig, you know there’s something good waiting for you in your glass.
The malting is soft and creamy, with waffles and caramel and a rich runny honey background, while the hops prickle with lightly spiced hedgerow greenery and a splash of lemon and watermelon fruitiness before the finish turns crisp and clean, bitter and refreshing.
