Eight Arch Brewing Co. Square Logic (4.2%)

Fancy an easy drinking, light but juicy half hour?
Then look no further as Square Logic is a beer with a light and smooth caramel and wafer, honey and pancake body thanks to the Munich malts and oats and a lovely aroma full of lime zest and lemon curd that works its way into the flavour as the Citra and Mosaic hops do their thing.
Lots of metallic herbal leaves bring a steely dryness, there’s lots of fizzy sherbet lemon and a dab of orange marmalade that adds a hint of sweetness to the long crisp finish.
