I’m not altogether sure what to say about this beer that you can’t guess for yourself if I tell you that this is a superbly made IPA with Columbus, Mosaic, Chinook and Simcoe hops.
If you’re imagining a beer with a resinous piney aroma and a malt body that’s sticky with caramel and a lightly salted shortcake crunchiness, a beer with a sharp and fresh tobacco leaf woodiness, sharp metallic herbal leafiness, lemon sherbet, gala melon and orange marmalade from the hops, then you’re absolutely right and, if you find a can, you won’t be disappointed.
