North Brewing Co. Ursa Major (8.1%)

Fancy a, “super dank and piney Double IPA”?
You do?
Well then, look no further, because Ursa Major has been brewed with mountains of Mosaic, Ekuanot and Denali hops, giving you acres of lime curd and lemon zest, barky redwood resin, garden herbs, apple cores and bramble jelly.
Then there’s a warm and lightly fungal yeast fug that hangs around behind the brown sugar and salted shortcake, honey, brown bread and waffles of the round chewy malting.
All this and a big slap of boozy warmth that adds a roundness to the sharp refreshing finish.
