Northern Monk Patrons Project 2.07 (6.8%)

This instalment of Northern Monk’s ongoing Patrons Project is a rather fun DDH IPA brewed in collaboration with Nomad Clan, an internationally acclaimed street art duo.
It’s a pale and peachy cloudy beer with a great big fruit basket aroma and a fizzing head Of fun.
The malting is soft and subtle, with caramel coated doughnuts and honey drizzled toasted waffles, while the hops are sharp and fresh and bold.
You’ll find lemon bonbons, lime leaves, grapefruit, orange marmalade and freshly picked garden herbs that are driven along by a salty earthy yeast hum and a good splash of white rum booze in the finish.
Yummy.
