Verdant Brewing Co. Neil Gets Things Done (6.5%)

Yet another fabulous IPA from the gang at Verdant, this time it’s a cocktail of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin that blend and combine to to create vast waves of lemon curd and gooseberries, green grapes, sherbet coated lime leaves, you know the score, big and juicy, bright and bold.
The malting is soft and chewy, smooth and creamy, with shortcake, white bread crusts and caramel, all egged on by the big red fruit, earthy fug of the yeast.
Top stuff.
