Fourpure Daintree (6%)

Yet another interesting beer to find on a supermarket shelf, Daintree is a Mango Smoothie IPA brewed in collaboration with Tiny Rebel.
More importantly it’s a really good example of this style of IPA.
There’s a solid sweet and sticky caramel fudge, honey and shortcake malt, and a swipe of bitter hedgerow, steely herbal leaves and lemon zest from the hops, while the mango is round and fruity, oat overbearing but definitely the main attraction.
Will this stuff really sell enough to maintain its place on the shelves of Tesco?
