Northern Monk BrewingCo. Even More Death (12%)

Brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin, this is a coconut, vanilla and Cacao Imperial Stout that from its thick tan head, through its black hole body to its impenetrably thick chewy finish is an enormous can of goodness.
The aroma is rum and raisin chocolate that leads you down into the depths of a rich treacle tart, honey, praline and black coffee malt body.
There’s a slap of lemon curd and lime leaf greenery, but to be honest the centre of this beer is its toasted coconut and vanilla that, coupled with the boozy rum heat, makes for a very sexy smooth and creamy ice cream finish.
In a word, superb.
