Eight Arch Brewing Co. Session (3.8%)

I like Eight Arch, and with each new beer I try I like them a little more.
This, their Session IPA, is balanced just right with a solid caramel and biscuit, honey and pancake malt body that isn’t overwhelmed by the hops as happens with so many Session IPAs.
And so here you find lots of lemon curd, pithy herbal foliage and a sharp bitter sherbet finish.
Light refreshing and beautifully balanced.
