Breaking Free is a New England Pale Ale that pours a warm amber colour and smells of peaches and apricots.
There’s a solid caramel, honey, toasted French bread and buttery brioche malt body and a lick of earthy spiced fruit from the yeast, while the hops give you lots of sticky orange marmalade, lime leaves, lemon zest and mango flesh.
All this good stuff is finished off by a soft brown sugar sweet stickiness and a slap of pithy hedgerow.
