Garage Beer Co. Trouble (6.2%)

Full of tangerine and peach, this IPA, brewed in collaboration with Wylam, is a really lovely thing.
The beer pours a hazy straw yellow with a little foaming head and smells of oranges and lemon curd.
The malting is soft and sweet, caramel and honey, wafers and waffles all doing their thing to create a soft yet subtle body.
The London yeast brings a lightly spiced fruitiness and the hops – Mosaic, Simcoe and Palisade – are fresh and zingy, all tangerines and oranges, lemon sherbet, green pithy foliage, peach juice and garden herbs.
It’s bitter, dry, refreshing and fun.
Go get some.
