Westerham Brewery Helles Belles (4%)

What a delightful little beer this is.
Brewed with Lager and Caragold malts and Hallertau hops, this is a fresh, crisp and very refreshing Lagered beer.
The malting is all soft and subtle caramel wafers, a dab of sticky honey and a white bread crusts, and there’s a speckle of spicy salt from the Saflager yeast.
The hops bring a sharp pithy smack of green hedgerow foliage and a twist of lemon zest, and all of this works splendidly well together, bringing you to a long dry finish that’ll have you wanting another glass.
