Yeastie Boys White Palace (6.6%)

What a weird and wonderful experience this is, a Brut India Pale Lager with passionfruit purée and Pinot Gris must.
The aroma is a mist of tangy fresh fruit laced with an earthy spiciness and the beer sits fizzing and pop in my glass, soft and bright and golden.
The malting, Pilsner, flaked maize and a helping of wheat, give the beer a super soft and creamy, vanilla tinged wafer biscuit of a body, while the Lager yeast provides an earthy snap and the Huell Melon hops are bright and round, with a fleshy soft fruity freshness that highlight the sharp tang of the passion fruit and the tongue curlingly dry steeliness that the Pinot Gris brings to the beer’s finish.
