Buxton Brewery Lupulus X Simcoe IPA (5.4%)

Dripping with all things hoppy, this is a super can of beer.
Mandarins and lime zest, lemon sherbets, peaches and steely metallic herbal leaves all leap for your tastebuds and give them a Frenchie.
But that’s not to say that this is only about hops.
No, there’s a lovely soft caramel ice cream cone of goodness that loiters about in the background, keeping you feeling sweet and loved while the hops do their thing.
And once you get to the finish, you find a long drawn out bitterness that makes you want to dive right back in.
