Turning Point Brewing Co. I Talk To The Wind (5.5%)

What a big bright and refreshingly pink beer this is.
Pouring thick and fizzy, the smell is raspberry ripple ice cream, rich and sweet and fruity.
Brewed with one hundred grams of raspberry purée per litre and aged on vanilla beans, there’s a tart crisp ending to the beer, steely and tooth curlingly metallic, but underneath the vanilla does its work.
Lots of lovely sweet milky flavours and a touch wood working benches, while the hops add soft melon and a kiss of peach.
And all the while the raspberries taste and feel plump and juicy, tinglingly fresh and fruity.
Super stuff.
