Half Acre Brewing Co. Volo (4.8%)

What a fabulous Wheat Beer this is.
The malting is round and smooth and creamy, shortcake and white bread crusts, honey, brown sugar and corn flakes, it makes for a sun shine bright and warm summery body made using Wheat from the Half Acre family farm.
The beer has been lagered which has helped soften everything, while a hint of clear, clean gin brings a snap of alcohol to the freshly picked spicy herbal greenery and lemon zest of the hops.
I could drink this all day.
