Revolutions Brewing Co. Bizarre Love Triangle (4.5%)

Brewed in collaboration with and using a recipe developed by BrewChap, this is a lovely gentle Saison with lemon, ginger and cucumber.
The beer begins with a warm earthy yeast fug, lightly spiced and sprinkled with salt, while the aroma is a soft ginger and honey.
The malting sweet and smooth, with brown sugar and bagels creating a solid body for the green herbal hops and the zap of lemon rind.
But the stars of the show are the ginger, that manages to provide the lightest kiss of heat and the cucumber that tastes fresh and green and ripe.
A perfect beer for a picnic on a sunny summer afternoon.
