Borough Market Borough Wet Hop IPA (4.3%)

Brewed on behalf of Borough Market by Beak and Villages, this beer has been made with hops grown in Borough Market and brewed fresh from picking.
And it’s a great little beer.
There’s a toffee and baguette, honey and waffle malt body, subtly sweet and with a little salty edge added by the yeast, and over this Borough Market’s hops sing.
Lemon sherbet and lime zest, green apples and nettle tea, rolling tobacco and garden herbs slapping you with bright fresh, prickly and pithy colours.
It’s very good indeed.
Find it, buy it, drink it.
