Northern Monk Dancing In The Mooblight (8.2%)

Brewed in collaboration with Wylam, Dancing In The Mooblight is a Double Dry Hopped Double IPA that does all the sexy things in all the sexy ways.
Being a middle aged man who likes to try and stay reasonably fit, the moob is something I’m constantly fighting, but this particular moob I’m happy to live with.
It pours a thick and cloudy peach and smells like a basket of freshly picked soft fleshed fruit.
The malting is sticky and sweet, caramel and honey, toffee and brioche providing a lovely soft base while the hops, Vic Secret, Enigma, Ella, Topaz and Citra, create a great big cloud of fruity goodness.
There’s lemon zest and lime leaves, sherbet fountains, pithy green leaves, orange peel, tobacco and resinous redwood bark, along with garden herbs, apricot jam, maple syrup and crunchy red leaf litter that leads you to a clean booze driven bitter sweet finish.
May the moob be mighty.
