This, a collaboration with Collective Arts, is a straight ahead West Coast IPA and my first try of Siren in a can.
It’s a great big fruity thing, a beer that’s crisp and clean and packed with melon and peach, lemon, lime and tangerine, and a full fisted hit of pithy herbal greenery.
And then there’s the soft and subtle caramel sweetness of the malting.
You find yeasty bread dough, honey coated brioche and a sticky toffee kiss that just takes the edge off the long bitter and superbly dry finish.
