Tiny Rebel Brewing Co. Welcome To The Party Pal (6.3%)

This is seriously fun.
Tiny Rebel have made a Snowball IPA, and I for one wish I had a case full.
Pouring thick and creamy with a big fluffy head, the beer smells of coconut and lemon sherbet, zingy and fresh and tinged with vanilla.
There’s a lovely caramel and doughnut malt body that’s made round and smooth and deliciously ice-creamy by the lactose.
And then there’s a lovely clear gin flavour, all boozy warmth and crystal sharpness, while lemon zest and coconut milk develop in the long sweet finish.
Ace stuff.
