Unity Brewing Co. Synchronise Watches (8.9%)

Driven by an orange marmalade heart, this is one heck of a big fruity, juicy Double IPA.
You’ll find a solid toffee and brioche, honey, walnut cake and caramel doughnut malt body, it’s thick and chewy, sticky and sweet, and then you’ll be hit by a great big slap of peach and apricot, green grape, garden herbs and thick cut marmalade from the hops.
In the background a warm alcohol haze pushes the beer along without ever getting too overbearing, creating a deep and dreamy prickly pineapple and nettle ice cream finish.
This is brilliant stuff.
