Oh blimey, this is a nice beer.
A DDH IPA brewed with Mosaic, Azzaca and Citra, it does all the things you are currently imagining and it does it very well indeed.
Lots of lemon curd, orange marmalade, lime zest and peach and strawberries from the brilliantly fresh tasting hops, while the malting gives you a soft sweet kiss, honey coated doughnuts and caramel wafers providing a a smooth body.
The yeast doesn’t only make the beer look cloudy and thick, it adds its own apricot stone fruity dryness to the background of the beer.
Like I said, blimey.
