Gamma are a Danish brewery that are new to me, and judging by this DIPA I’d be really interested in trying more.
This is a great big hoppy orange marmalade, apricot and peach cobbler of a beer, with a white rum boozy heat and a lovely honey and pancake, baclava and brown bread malt body.
The beer pours a slightly hazy gold and smells of peach and pineapple juice.
I really like how the fruity flavours seem to soak into the malts, like you’ve dunked a fresh waffle into a rum heavy fruit salad dip, everything is round and chewy and very satisfying as you come to the long sticky finish.
Super.
