Signature Brew Co. Sustain (6.5%)

Sustain is a rather smart little NEIPA.
Pouring a lightly hazy gold with a little fluffy head, the smell is mandarins, peaches and cream.
It’s a soft luxurious aroma that pulls you down into the beer where you find a smooth ice creamy body of honey drizzled waffles, caramel and those little chewy sweets shaped like milk bottles.
Then there’s the herbal tinged orange peel and mango of the hops that work alongside the soft fruity warmth of the yeast to bring the beer to a gently sweet fruit salad finish.
Very good indeed.
