Twisted Barrel Ale A Darkness In The Light (8%)

Want a super DIPA that you can spend some time with?
Grab this beauty and settle in for the evening.
A Darkness In The Light is a Double IPA packed with Simcoe, Mosaic and Galaxy hops that hit you upside the head with orange zest and Gala melon, lime leaves, lemon sherbet and pithy green grassy foliage.
But instead of this being an über sharp experience, the London Ale yeast rounds everything out with its warm and dirty peach cobbler chewiness, while the malting brings sticky toffee pudding and maple syrup pancakes.
This, my friends, is a beer to take your time with, a beer that once it’s going, you’ll wish you’d bought more of, even if it’s strong enough to cross your eyes.
