Signature Brew Long Hot Summer (4.6%)

Brewed in collaboration with Sports Team, Long Hot Summer is a rather fine, light and crisp Lager.
It pours a lovely clear straw colour and holds its little head up high while the aroma of meadow flowers and runny honey drift up to you.
The malting is smooth and creamy, soft and gently sweet, with caramel and ice cream cornets creating a warm body over which the hops bring lots of herbal garden greenery, hazel leaves and pencil shavings, lemon zest, and just a hint of elderflower as you head into the long dry and deliciously bitter finish.
A very good Lager indeed.
