This is a rather fine single hopped West Coast IPA.
Brewed with Columbus, you can expect lots of sticky pine resin goodness as well as a great big smack of bitter lemon sweeties packed with fizzy sherbet.
The aroma is absolutely jam packed with lemons, almost eye wateringly packed, except for the lick of honey that rounds everything out.
And the malts do the same job as you drink, providing a solid bread crust and caramel, wafer and candy floss sweetness.
And you need it, because the hops here are big big BIG, driving you headlong into a lip curlingly dry and bitter, but ever so sexy finish.
