I’m generally not fan of non-alcoholic beer, but if I had to pick one to drink it would be this one.
And if more breweries could make low ABV beer as good as this I may come around to the style.
Pouring cloudy and thick, there’s a soft and delicate smell of meadow flowers, strawberries and a hit of pine needles, and taking a swig you’re met by a gentle caramel and Belgian waffle body, it’s creamy and smooth and has a nice brown sugar syrup sweetness.
The Simcoe hops bring melon and lemon zest, and a twist of sharp greenery with a little redwood kick as the beer heads towards a soft and very drinkable finish.
