UnBarred Brewery 3B’s (6.3%)

This is one of UnBarred’s earliest recipes revisited, and it’s a super thing.
Brighton Beach Belgian IPA is exactly that, an IPA originally brewed on Brighton Beach with Belgian yeast.
You find lots of lemon sherbet zip, lashings of lime zest and orange peel, and some dewy green foliage along with the warm farmyard silage and bruised apple cowshed fug of the yeast, while the malting holds everything together with its honey, digestive biscuit and waffle stickiness.
And all of this is pushed along by a satisfying alcohol hit as you reach the chewy finish.
Lovely stuff.
