Spanish Triple IPA you say?
Don’t mind if I do.
And this is superb.
Big and chewy and sweet, there’s fathoms of layers to work through.
Freshly baked brioche, toffee dipped ice cream cones, sticky honey, caramel wafers and Belgian waffles from the malts, while the hops bring lemon curd, orange marmalade, green herbal leaves, celery, dandelions and peach melba.
And then there’s the enormous wash of clean and sharp gin booze that drifts across the beer as you drink, building and growing and, eventually, making your eyes cross as you hit the bold brown sugar sexiness of the finish.
