Brewed in collaboration with New Barns, this is a super Kellerbier.
It’s bright and crisp and pours a peachy gold with a little fluffy head and an aroma nutty, spicy meadows.
The malting is soft and creamy, chewy with toffee and caramel, and packed with slightly burned cookies, a dab of honey and some peanut brittle.
And then there’s the hops and their sharp and bitter hedgerow greenery, a splash of apricot juice, grape skins and more of those meadow flowers.
In the finish you find a warm earthiness from the yeast that brings an additional layer to the long bitter dryness of this very well made beer.
