Glasshouse Brewery Year Of Hibernation (6.8%)

This Mosaic and Galaxy West Coast IPA is pretty good
The malting is soft and sweet, with lashings of runny caramel dripping from freshly made doughnuts, lightly salted honeycomb and some biscuity goodness providing a solid backbone.
The beer smells of melons and peaches, and this fruity goodness is echoed in the flavours as you drink, along with a fresh splash of lemonade, soft lime curd and a handful of herbal foliage.
