Standard Brew Co. IPA #003 (6%)

Standard Brew Co. are an IPA only brewery owned by their drinkers.
You see, they are funded by subscribers, pay a monthly fee and receive a case of cans each month.
Sounds good to me.
Especially so if all the beer is as good as this one.
Brewed with Citra Cryo and Mosaic, this NEIPA is bright and sharp and crisp, with a lightly creamy finish.
The aroma is grapefruit and lemon curd, and taking a swig you find a soft caramel and white bread crust malt body, some gently earthy peachiness from the yeast, followed by a slap across the chops from zingy lemon juice, juicy pineapple and steely garden herbs.
Definitely a good idea.
