This Rustic Lager is an absolute delight.
It feels thick and chewy thanks to the hefty use of white winter wheat, really satisfying to drink, yet manages to finish with a light clean crispness that will have you reaching for your glass.
The hopping is sharp and green with herbal leaves, spiked with a twist of lemon zest, and the malting gives you a gentle wash of runny honey and caramel wafers which is warmed through by a subtle earthiness from the yeast.
